Canada's National Ukrainian Festival is now less than three weeks away, and one of the highlight events is currently accepting entries.
Henrik Langer is co-chair of the Saturday morning parade, and says entries have been coming in slow but steady, adding that there is still room for you to enter a float.
"Everyone is welcome to join us. It does not matter if you are an old business, a new business, a sports team, a club, an organization - come and sign up. You can walk, bring a vehicle with you with your decals on it, or have a big-themed vehicle. The more people, the merrier. Honestly, it is going to be a fun time."

Another edition of the Gilbert Plains-Grandview Ag Society Fair & Rodeo wrapped up over the weekend.
Ag Society president Kevin Boese says after a rain day on Friday, the skies cleared up, allowing for great crowds on both Saturday and Sunday.
Boese says plans to shorten the rodeo shows on both Saturday and Sunday worked out extremely well.
"The rodeo on Saturday was two hours, 12 minutes, and the one on Sunday was two hours and 26 minutes. So that is exactly what we were shooting for. And, it went very well, and everyone was very impressed."
The Ag Society also debuted a brand new building this weekend, which Boese says was received very well.
Plans are already in the works for next year's Fair & Rodeo, which will also coincide with Gilbert Plains' Homecoming events.

Carberry residents may still get their wish of having an overpass at the intersection of highways 1 and 5 near the community.
This past week, the provincial government said it was scrapping a proposed R-Cut option for the intersection, which would have prevented vehicles travelling southbound on Highway 5 from directly turning left onto Highway 1 or continuing south on Highway 5.
That decision was made after area residents showed heavy opposition to the plan, including a petition signed by 2,100 people.
Now, Premier Wab Kinews says they are going to step back and consider all possibilities, including an overpass to improve safety at the intersection.
