A 32-year-old man from Brandon is dead from drowning at Sandy Lake beach.
Just after 11 pm on Saturday, Yellowhead RCMP were called to the beach, where EMS personnel were performing CPR on a man.
The investigation determined that the victim was swimming with three other people when they noticed that he had gone missing.
He was eventually found and brought back to a nearby dock, where he would pass away.
No names were released, and RCMP continue to investigate.
