Monday at 10:30 am is the first deadline for landowners within the Inter Mountain Watershed District to submit samples of their well water for testing.
The testing is for total cholaform bacteria and E-Coli.
Project manager Chance Hulley says sample bottles can be picked up from the IMWD offices in Ethelbert or Ste Rose.
"You can pick up the sample bottles at any time from one of our offices. And then we do have to get them into the labs within 36 hours, so what we do is ask the landowner to take the sample that morning, and then drop them off. Then we make sure that they are shipped directly and get to the lab that day."
Samples can be dopped off at your local municipal office.
There is a cost to the landowner of $17.67 per sample.

Dauphin MLA and provincial Agriculture Minister Ron Kostyshyn took part in two special announcements on Wednesday.
Kostyshyn, along with Federal Agriculture Minister Heath McDonaald, announced support measures to aid Manitoba livestock and grain producers affected by drought conditions this year.
Manitoba Agriculture Services Corporation is going to provide support measures through its AgriInsurance program, which will improve cash flow for producers needing to secure additional feed for their livestock.
Kostyshyn says producers looking to access some of this support should contact their closest MASC office shortly.
"And get the real serious details about what is required. But I think time is of the essence right now for the benefit of the beef producers, to make some arrangements with the grain producers, or even possibly within their own farming operations."
Also on Wednesday, the federal and provincial governments announced a 6 million dollar investment in sustainable food production and food production facilities.
