Steven Arp is set to move much closer to home as he will continue his Western Hockey League career in Manitoba's capital.
The Swan River native was dealt to the Winnipeg ICE after spending his rookie season last year with the Medicine Hat Tigers.
In 50 games, he scored three times and added six assists.
