Starting at 10 tomorrow morning, Colour Blast, Dauphin’s 5-kilometer fun run hits the road at the DRS Grand Stands.
The event is a fundraiser for skate Dauphin and has been going for many years.
The event is an explosion of color according to skate Dauphin board member Jodi Steinbachs.
“The idea is that participants start off by wearing white and then you’re going to be blasted with colour cornstarch,” explained Steinbachs. “We’ve got pink, purple, blue, green, orange, red, yellow; you’ll look very much like a rainbow. You run through colour stations and people throw colour at you.”
Registration can be completed in person before the event at 8:30 till 9:30 tomorrow morning.
