Over 500 thousand dollars will be invested from the provincial government towards two projects in Shoal Lake.
Through the Small Communities Fund the government will be helping finance the regional airport rehabilitation project and the communiplex dressing room in Shoal Lake. Provincial funding will cover one third of the eligible cost of the project. The federal government and the RM of Yellowhead will split the rest of the total.
MLA for Riding Mountain Greg Nesbitt announced the funding this morning. Over 228 thousand dollars will go towards the airport and 300 thousand dollars will be invested in the dressing room.
