A couple Parkland municipalities are today launching a development plan and review process to explore economic opportunities.
Russell-Binscarth and the RM of Riding Mountain West make up the Tri-Roads Planning District.
The development plan will serve as a framework for decision making in the district, and it's two main goals are to identify opportunities that contribute to the growth and prosperity of the region, and establish the necessary short-term and long-term actions of its implementation.
Richard Wintrup & Associates will be providing strategic planning support throughout the process.
