A man was taken to the hospital after an incident near Winnipegosis Beach this morning.
Around 6:50 a.m. Winnipegosis RCMP responded to a report of a person who removed some clothing and was laying on the ice near the beach.
Officers attended and located the man about 40 feet from the shoreline.
The 25-year-old man was helped out of the water and taken to the police vehicle where he was covered in emergency blankets while waiting for emergency personnel to arrive.
