The New York Islanders prospect has been having a great season, and was rewarded for it Tuesday as he was named to the AHL All-Star Classic in Utica, New York at the end of this month.
 
The rookie defenseman will represent his team, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
 
Pulock earns the trip in his first professional season. The 20 year old has appeared in 29 games for Bridgeport this year, picking up 12 goals and five assists. He currently leads the league in power play goals with 10. He's also tied for the league lead for goals by a defenseman and is tied for the team lead as well.
 
The former Parkland Ranger is the third-youngest player named to this year’s All-Star Classic at just 20 years, 92 days. 
 
The New York Islanders selected Pulock in the first round, 15th overall, of the 2013 National Hockey League Draft.
 
The All-Star Game happens on Monday January 26th, the All-Star Skills Competition is the day before.
