The team will be riding high for the rest of the season after a great set of performances.
The Dauphin Clippers varsity boys volleyball team competed in the Calvin Christian tournament over the weekend and came home with a championship after an outstanding weekend that saw the team lose just one set. In their round-robin, Dauphin downed John Taylor, Murdoch MacKay, and Ste. Anne, all in straight sets.
Finishing first in their pool, Dauphin carried that momentum into the playoffs with a straight-set win over Kildonan East before cruising past Kelvin. Dauphin then capped off the tournament with a thrilling three-set win over College Beliveau, 25-18, 24-26, and 15-12.
