Week two at the Canada Summer Games has officially begun, and overall Monday was a good day for Manitoba.

Heading into Saturday's action at the Peewee AAA provincials in Winnipeg, Parkland had to be perfect to have a chance at getting into the playoffs. Unfortunately, they were not and went 1-1 on the day.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers didn't figure out their defence for the entire 60 minutes on Friday as they took on Ottawa, but once again, their offence proved to be enough as they will fly out of Ottawa after beating the Redblacks 33-30.
