The 2011 Parkland Junior Rangers were on top of the Spring Shootout.

Competing in an extended season event in Winnipeg, the Rangers steamrolled their way to a gold which included a thrilling 5-4 overtime victory over the PHG Predators in the final. Kingston Catcheway was the hero in the game as his eighth goal of the tournament came 2:51 into overtime. 

Anson Salamandyk had two goals in the game for the Rangers while Carter Smigelsky and Wade Kulbacki also scored in the win.

  • Drew Luhowy and Kellan Shtykalo both had one goal and one assist in the win;
  • Chayce Stoski and Matthew Ducheck had one assist each;
  • Brayden Abrams and Kingston Catcheway also had an assist apiece
