Families wanting information on the second build with the Dauphin Habitat For Humanity can attend an informational meeting tomorrow.
The group is hosting presentations starting Wednesday and on January 17, 19, and 23.
Natalie Yaworsky Doan, Chairperson for the Family Selection Committee explains some of the criteria.
“We’re at the second build for Dauphin, and we’re just at the beginning of the process with fundraising and advertising and bring awareness of this new project,” noted Yaworsky Doan. “We’re at the stage right now of going about selecting a family and that takes a lot of work because we have to get the word out into the community to make sure that everybody has a chance to review the program and apply.”
Tomorrow’s meeting is held at the Dauphin Community Health Building in Boardroom A starting at 7:00 in the evening.
