This year’s Manitoba Mudrun is coming up next week.
The benefiting charity for this year’s run is the Manitoba Alzheimer’s society.
Wanda Sime, Parkland Regional Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s society, lets people know some details about this year’s events.
"On Saturday, August 12th at the Selo Ukrainian site (at the hill), the first team is taking off at 9:00AM. The Alzheimer's Society will be at the race in support of Brandon Search and Rescue and we are the benefiting charity and we will be at the hill bright and early collecting funds that people have raised throughout the province for the Mudrun."
Donations are still being accepted up to the day of the run and registration.
