Fisher Seeds Ltd. are this year's recipient of the Ron Brook Memorial Award.
The announcement was made this afternoon on behalf of the Dauphin Agriculture Society at Farm Outlook 2017.
Co-owner Rod Fisher is grateful to receive the recognition.
"It's a great honour to be recognized by your community members, Ron Brooks was a very well respected farmer and director in the area and you know it's certainly an honour to receive this award."
The Fishers have been farming in the Dauphin area for over 50 years.
