Trappers of all ages will be making their way to The Pas in a few days time.
The 70th edition of the Northern Manitoba Trappers Festival is scheduled for February 15th - 19th featuring a number activities which include pub crawls, street hockey, and a snow sculpture contest to name a few.
However, Vice Chair Sony Lavallee admits they have faced challenges so far.
"The unfortunate things is that were lacking snow right now, and we had to cancel the bombardier rides which were pretty popular with the young people and elders alike."
