Little Grand Rapids RCMP have made a large drug and alcohol seizure.
On January 8th, RCMP executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act warrant at a residence in the First Nation.
The Little Grand Rapids First Naiton is a dry community, meaning the possession of alcohol is illegal.
Police seized 202 bottles of whiskey, a bottle of vodka as well as marihuana packaged for sale.
A 33-year-old male from the community was arrested and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Liquor.
