It may be mid August, but Riding Mountain National Park is embracing Halloween a bit earlier than usual.
Alongside the free concert happening later tonight, RMNP will be putting on Boo In The Park, which is a Halloween themed inspired event. The event hopes to get Parkland children excited about Halloween in anticipation for the annual October festivity.
Acting Visitor Experience Manager for RMNP, Dave Tovell says one attraction will really bring out the Halloween spirit.
He added, "The tour boat that operates on Clear Lake has a pirate adventure both at 12 and 2 o'clock, where they perhaps might get taken over by pirates and different goolish themes as well."
Boo In The Park is an event offered by RMNP and the Wasagaming Chamber of Commerce.
