The Rink Player Development Camp will be at Credit Union Place from August 8-11.
The camp will feature four different age divisions, including Novice, Atom, Peewee, and Bantam. The Novice and Atom division will be Full Days for the four days while the Peewee and Bantam will be a Half Day camp for the four days.

“Everything we teach, we like to make sure the kids know what to do when they get onto the ice during a game,” said Graham Leiding, Satellite Program Coordinator. “We make sure every kid gets lots of reps so when they’re under pressure; there is no problem for them.”
The schedule for Novice and Atom daily is as followed: (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
2x60 Minute On-Ice Sessions – Two Skill Components covered/session
1x45 Minute Boardroom style lecture
1x45 Minute Dryland components
1x45 Minute Team building session
For the Peewee and Bantam divisions, the schedule is as followed: (1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)

Cost
The cost for the camp is $425.00 for the Novice and Atom Division, and $325.00 for the Peewee and Bantam Division. Both are plus GST.

“What I feel separates us from the rest of the camps out there is the quality of instruction, and coach to player ratio,” said Leiding. “Some camps have 25 or 30 kids out there, and maybe one instructor, but we have a very good coach to player ratio that is usually seven players to one coach.”
