The Fall Rotary Book Sale was another massive hit.
Organizer J-L Guillas says they managed to raise $11,345 during the three day sale this weekend, just shy of the record for this event.
Guillas adds he is amazed by how the community reacts to this event every year.
"For lots of people, this is their winter reading. And then they stock up again in the spring and give us back the books (they bought), and some of them get sold again. It is fantastic."
Most of the proceeds from this sale go to youth related activities supported by the local Rotary club.
They also made an over $14-hundred cash donation to the Dauphin School Aged daycare, as well as several children's books to help them replenish their stock that was damaged during this summer's floods.
