The Winnipeg Jets are playing their best hockey this year, and it couldn't come at a better time as they get set for Game 2 of their Conference Final against Vegas tonight.

Something that has kept Jets fans together while the team is on the road is the "Whiteout" viewing parties inside Bell MTS Place and outside as well.

Although nothing is planned for Dauphin, it's been a hot topic around town lately with lots of people wanting the City of Sunshine to host their own "Whiteout" party.

"There has definitely been some talk to get it going in town," said Ryan Vanderheyden, GM for Dauphin Rec Services. "There are a few obstacles involved, but if we had some community members step up and help, it's definitely something we might be able to get done right here in Dauphin."

If you want to try and help out to get a "Whiteout" Jets viewing party in Dauphin, you can contact Dauphin Rec Services at 622-3150.

"Whiteout" Party planned for Westoba Place in Brandon.

The Keystone Centre announced earlier today that they'll be hosting a "Whiteout" Jets Viewing Party inside Westoba Place, this upcoming Wednesday, and Friday for Game 3 & 4 in Vegas.

"We've been hearing from a lot of community members, that they want this," said Krista Kowaluk, Marketing & Sponsorship Manager for the Keystone Centre. "We have the facility, so we thought let's give them what they want. We have a lot of ties between the two teams, so it's going to be a really fun event to see it all unfold here in the Westman."

Tickets for the party are just $5, and that includes admission to the Westoba Family Skate prior to the event.

You can pick them up at  "Jets Viewing Party", or by calling 726-3555.
