Some of the country's best mixed curling teams are headed to Swan River Nov 12-18, 2017.
Curling Canada has chosen Swan River as the host location for the 2018 Mixed Championship which pits the country's best mixed four-player teams against each other.
This is the 55th time the championship, this is the eight time Manitoba is hosting. Most recently Morris hosted the event in 2011.
Manitoban teams have won the mixed championship eight times, including Ernie Boushy's win in 1964's inaugural event. Sean Grassie is the most recent winner, coming away from Iqaluit's 2009 event victorious.
