The win trims the deficit for Dauphin, as the Blizzard now lead the series three games to two.
They will once again have a chance to win the Turnbull Cup on Tuesday evening.
Dauphin blocked dozens of shots in the game and found a way to stay in the series. Cayden Glover scored the game-winner for Dauphin, and now has goals in back-to-back games.
Ethan Stewart and Gabriel Bugeaud also scored for Dauphin.
Game six will be on Tuesday evening in The Pas.
