Dauphin is set to welcome 15 students from a school in New Brunswick in a couple of weeks.

This is part of the DRCSS’ Aboriginal Student Exchange Program.

Wade Houle, teacher at the DRCSS, notes when the students arrive.

“We’ll have 15 students from Rexton coming here and they will match up with our 15 students. They arrive Friday, May 18, pretty late, so they’ll come to the DRCSS in the evening and our families will meet them and take them home.  The following Saturday, we have activities planned all the way up to the following Thursday, which I believe is May 24.  Then they’ll head out to Winnipeg and fly out early in the morning on Friday, May 25.”

Local activities are planned out for the week for the students to participate in.
