Thick fog has covered much of the Parkland this morning, reducing visibility while on the road.
Several of the highways in the Parkland are reporting snow-cover, swirling snow, and poor visibility, while Highway 10 through Riding Mountain National Park is reporting snow-packed conditions.
While in Winnipeg, freezing rain has slicked city streets and caused power outages.
Drivers should drive with care and caution.
