Police have arrested a man in connection with a random attack on a teen student from India.
The student has been in Canada less than three weeks, when he was attacked in a downtown Winnipeg bus shelter.
The beating was so bad, the student could not move from the concrete.
Yesterday evening the 26-year-old man was arrested after being spotted in a stolen truck from Gimli.
