In relation to the arson in Crane River last week, 19-year-old Earl Moar made his first court appearance yesterday.
Ste. Rose RCMP responded to an assault call only to find the residence engulfed in flames and later human remains found inside.
Moar is charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault, 2 counts of Arson with Disregard for Human Life and 2 counts of Breach of Recognizance.
He has been remanded into custody until Tuesday.
