In the death of Sagkeeng First Nation student Serena McKay this past April, the Crown is asking for an adult sentence for a second teen.
The teen that pled guilty, was 16 years old at the time of the death and cannot be named.
She was charged after a video showed the beating.
Another 17 year old girl pleaded guilty to second degree murder last month.
An adult sentence was not sought after for that teen.
