Manitoba Hydro is downplaying concerns of flickering LED street lights possibly triggering seizures for epileptics.
They have received 57 reports of malfunctions throughout the province.
It's believed that the recent extreme cold is the cause of the strobing and blinking lights, however Manitoba Hydro believes it could be any number of causes.
