The City of Dauphin is willing to sell pot when it becomes legal in July.
Yesterday was the deadline for municipalities to let the province know if they were in or out of allowing the sale of the drug in their communities.
Dauphin’s Mayor Dowhan says the city is waiting until the provincial government releases all legislation before the city creates a bylaw.
