Getting home for the holidays safely is a priority for everyone.
The Dauphin Reducing Impaired Drivers Everywhere Program, known as RIDE is starting up tomorrow and is each Friday and Saturday evening until December 31 and on New Year’s Eve.
John Shuttleworth, co-ordinator for the program talks about who should use it.
“The ride program is for people that maybe went out and had a few too many to drive and we’ll come and drive them home,” explained Shuttleworth.
The Dauphin RIDE program is offered from 9:00 in the evening until 3:00 in the morning and people can call 638-5707 to use the service.
