A non-profit organization is what Heartland Lanes in Gilbert Plains is hoping to become.
A public meeting is planned to present the reason why the board would like to dissolve.
Blake Price, Chair of the board, provides the details on the meeting.
“December the 4th in Gilbert Plains at the Heartland Lanes at 7 o’clock. We invite all shareholder to come out and voice their concerns or hear us out. We will explain and go through some of the original bylaws that were set up that allows us to move in this direction.”
The meeting is open to everyone who wishes to attend.
