A Public hearing is set for Monday to hear about Manitoba Hydro’s Proposed electricity rate increase.
Manitoba Hydra has applied to the PUB for an increase of 7.9 percent in hydro rates effective April 1st next year.
The Public Utility board approved a 3.36 percent interim rate increase effective this past August.
The hearing is live-streamed on Monday starting at 9 am by going to the Public Utility board website.
