Changes under The Non-Smokers Health Protection Amendment Act is addressing the use of electronic cigarettes by minors.
The changes prohibit the sale of e-cigarettes and vapour products to minors.
It will also ban the use of e-cigarettes and vapours in enclosed public spaces and other places where smoking is prohibited.
The ammendments are to take effect as of Oct. 1 this year.
