This week the swimming season has wrapped up at the Grandview Swimming Pool.
The outdoor pool opened up on May 29 and closed for the season last Sunday, which made this year a longer season for the facility to be used.
Grandview Recreation Director, Jill Wiebe, provides some details about programs that went on at the pool.
“The programs that we had this year started out with Aqua Zumba taught by Michelle Jubenvill in the early season,” stated Wiebe. “We followed that by our Aqua Fit and that was taught by our lifeguards and we had lane swim every day of the week.”
The Grandview Swimming Pool is installing the final phase for the wading pool project this week which includes an aqua duo spray feature.
