C3 is a 150 day sailing journey that is broken up into small trips starting from Toronto to Victoria via the Northwest Passage, exploring Canada from coast to coast.

The trip explores 4 key themes of Canada 150 which are diversity and inclusion, reconciliation, youth engagement and environment.

MP, Robert Sopuck, recently returned from taking part in Canada C3 this past week.

“My leg of the trip was leg 6,” explained Sopuck.  “The whole thing starts in Montreal and ends up in Victoria going over all three coasts; C3 means the three coats.  The leg I was on was called Leg 6.  It started out in Nain, Labrador and went up the Labrador coast by the Torngat Mountains, then across Hudson Strait down Frobisher Bay to the Tower of Iqualiut.”
