Boxes of Love gives children in Nadvirna, Ukraine the opportunity to maximize their learning potential.
At their annual Mall Day School Supply Drive, the public donate a variety of brand new school supplies such as school paper, binders, scissors, erasers, pencils, glue, art supplies, notebooks, shoes, socks and feminine hygiene supplies.
Boxes of Love organizer, Nicole Yunker, accredits the success of the program to the small contributions of many in the area.
“Boxes of Love is really excited to be hosting again our annual event at the Dauphin Market Place Mall ,” stated Yunker. “It will be on Thursday, May 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.”
Those wishing to drop off supplies ahead of time may do so at Parkland Crossing with a note stating it is for the Ukraine Project.
