The Dauphin Friendship Centre will be hosting a Blanket Exercise Workshop at their Youth and Family Centre on April 9 at 3:30 p.m.
The Blanket Exercise workshop is an interactive way of learning about different aspects of history that have never been addressed.

Volunteer Chantal Sorin explains the method behind the workshop.

"A blanket exercise is essentially a reconciliation workshop -- it's interactive -- where the participants get to kind of live and really see and have a better understanding of 500 years of Canadian history before colonization and kind of where we are now."

The workshop is open to people of all ages to participate in.
