Phase two of the RM of Dauphin's water pipeline project is moving forward.
The RM made the announcement at this past week's general meeting after receiving notice from the provincial government.
Reeve Dennis Forbes is pleased with the news and is excited about the investment.
"The information we received from the province is that our application for a waterline grant phase two has been approved, so we were very excited to get that news and money... that's a 3.5 million dollar grant which is going to go a long way to being able to provide in the neighbourhood of 50-60 more hookups."
Those who connected to phase one of the RM's water pipeline are scheduled to be receiving running water this month.
