Dauphin Economic Development is taking a new approach to a Christmas classic.
The 12 Days of Dauphin Christmas Challenge is officially on running until December 16th.
Dauphin and District Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Stephen Chychota says the contest is open to everyone.
"It's a fun little contest that we wanted to encourage people to do, it just gets them involved a little on social media and showcases some holiday events and Christmas cheer sort of thing using the platform... it's open to business and to local residents, and everyone can really participate in this."
To participate all posts must be made before 11:59 pm on Friday, December 19th using the hashtags #12daysdauphin and #shopdauphin.
