UPDATE: RCMP have cancelled the original Amber Alert for eight year old Luisa Noyemi Alvarenga.
Police say shortly after 6 pm, Alvarenga was located in Winnipeg with her mother Colleen Sheryl McIvor after receiving at tip from the public.
RCMP say McIvor is in custody, and an investigation continues.

RCMP are looking for eight year old Luisa Noyemi Alvarenga whom authorities believe has been taken by her mother.
Police believe 43 year old Colleen Sheryl McIvor took Alvarenga from her Portage home and are now on route to the Long Plain First Nation.
The pair are travelling in a stolen black 2012 Chevrolet Sierra pickup truck, with the Manitoba licence plate FPB-968.
Luisa is described as 4 feet tall, 60 pounds with black hair of medium length. She's was last seen wearing a purple coat with black boots and jeans.
Police are concerned for Luisa's well-being. Anyone with information is advised to call 911 or Crime Stoppers.
