A Brandon man is facing charges, having been accused of sending a nude photo of an underage girl to a woman over the messaging app Kik.
Brandon police say they received a complaint from a woman in October that a man she knew allegedly sent a message with a photo of a girl who was under 18 at the time.
After officers traced the IP address allegedly used to send the photo a search warrant was executed at a home yesterday, where several electronic devices were seized for further examination.
A 20-year-old man has been charged with Publication of Intimate Image without Consent, Possess Child Pornography, Personation with Intent and Distribute Child Pornography, and is scheduled to appear in court in February.
