Police in Dauphin are investigating a shotgun blast to a car in the city.
Constable Rob Tuff says Dauphin RCMP arrested a 19-year-old male suspect from Skownan First Nation this morning.
They were called to a Mountain Road neighbourhood around 6:30 this morning.
The suspect remains in custody and the investigation continues.
