A Manitoba couple are facing charges of "food by fraud" after allegedly doing a dine and dash in Brandon, but left their daughter behind.
Brandon Police say they were called to the restaurant yesterday evening.
 
Police say the manager of the restaurant reports that the two suspects ate a meal and had drinks with a bill amounting to $135, then bolted the place leaving their 10 year old daughter.
 
Police located both suspects a short distance away who were intoxicated, and both were arrested.
 
The daughter was turned over to Child and Family Services.

A 29 yr old Sioux Valley man and his 33 yr old wife face charges of "food by fraud".
 
They are to appear in Brandon Provincial Court July.
