Pharmacists are just asking for a chance.
Pharmacists in Manitoba are wanting more funds to go towards the provincial drug plan so they can provide services like smoking cessation consultations, medication review/assesment, order lab tests, and much more.
Dauphin PC candidate, Brad Michaleski wrote CKDM in a statement saying that if elected they will recognize the opportunities for innovation that can be implemented so pharmacists can play an integral role in the health care system.
As well, Michaleski closes his statement saying that the PCs value the ideas and recommendations that are being made by frontline health care professionals and they will work with them to advance the ideas.
