Steinbach RCMP have apprehended a man in Mitchell, Manitoba for alleged fraudulent activities.
RCMP believe Jesse Daniel Cole, 32, had been using dating and social media sites under an alias, to meet and defraud women.
Cole has no fixed address, and has been charged with 21 counts of breaching probation, 7 counts of fraud under $5,000, one count of fraud over $5,000, and one count of unauthorized possession of credit card data.
The arrest follows an investigation by Steinbach RCMP in December 2015.
He is also wanted for similar offenses in Alberta, Quebec, and Ontario.
Cole is to appear in Winnipeg court tomorrow at 10 am
