A man has been arrested and charged after allegedly wounding another man with a knife in Eriksdale.
Around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Lundar RCMP received a report of a man armed with a knife.
When officers arrived they located a man with an upper-body wound and called for medical assistance.
25-year-old Colton Sumner from Lake Manitoba First Nation was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, and Possession of Weapons for Dangerous Purposes.
The 32-year-old victim from Lake Manitoba First Nation was transported to hospital in stable condition.
