The mother who took her two-year-old son from a supervised visit has been charged by the Winnipeg Police.
An Amber Alert was issued just after 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday when it was determined that she was likely leaving Winnipeg. And just over an hour later, the woman turned herself in at the RCMP detachment in Amaranth.
The mother has been charged with abduction.
