The province has expanded the eligibility to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in Manitoba.

Eligibility to be vaccinated at a super site or pop-up clinic in the province has been expanded to include people aged 59 and older, and First Nations people 39 and older.

Appointments for super sites and pop-up clinics can be made online or by calling 1-844-626-8222.

The AstraZeneca vaccine - distributed at pharmacies and medical clinics - is open to all Manitobans aged 65 and older, as well as Manitobans aged 55 to 64 with specific high-risk health conditions.

The province is expected to open Manitoba’s seventh vaccine supersite in Steinbach in May, at 294 Lumber Ave.
