Hudson Yaremko has been hired as the Equipment Manager and Trainer for the Dauphin Kings.

He joins the Club after two years with the OCN Blizzard as their Equipment Manager and Trainer.

"This opportunity means a lot to me, I really love the game and I love what I do," said Yaremko. "I couldn't be happier joining this organization and I can't wait to get going."

Doug Hedley had this to say.

"I met Hudson when I was in OCN. He was working with our Trainer at the time, Tyler Grove," said Hedley. "Hudson's been around the room, he knows the game and his dad's always been involved with the game. He's a hardworking kid, he's dependable and knows what he's doing."

The connection with Doug is one of the main reasons why Hudson made the decision to apply.

"I thought it would be a good change for myself and thought joining this organization would be a good fit," continued Yaremko.

The MJHL will have several protocols in place this season as we learn to live in a new normal because of the novel coronavirus. That means this season will be a unique challenge for all including Yaremko who will spend a sizeable amount of time assuring everything is clean and in order.

"We're going to follow the protocol very strictly, we'll do whatever it takes to get the guys back on the ice," ended Yaremko.

The Kings will hold their Prospects Camp this weekend inside of Credit Union Place.
